There are 0 new cases in the Atlantic Bubble today. This means there are still 5 active cases in PEI, 4 in NS, 1 in NB and 0 in NFLD. In NS, 53/63 (84%) NS deaths are from Northwood and 57/63 (90%) are from long term care in general (11 different facilities have reported cases, none have an active case). NS is now at 31 days without a death and Northwood is at 39 days with no new cases. Yesterday, 291 tests were completed with 0 new cases reported.

There are no licensed long-term care homes in Nova Scotia with active cases of COVID-19. As of Monday, July 6, the COVID-19 outbreak at Northwood’s Halifax campus is considered resolved after completing 28 days with no active cases.
