There are 10 new cases in the Atlantic Bubble today, 2 in NS, 8 in NB (NS & NB reporting so far); NS & NFLD report 1 recovery each. Ontario numbers are updated. The two new cases in NS are in the Central Zone and are both related to travel outside Atlantic Canada. The two individuals have been self-isolating, as required. 6 of the cases in NB are in zone 5 (Campbellton) and related to the existing outbreak. The other two cases consist of one individual under 19 in Zone 1 (Moncton region) and another individual between 30 and 39 in Zone 2 (Saint John region). Both cases are travel related outside the Atlantic bubble and are not tied to the outbreaks in Zones 1 or 5. These individuals are self-isolating. This means there are 2 active cases in PEI, 5 in NS, 100 in NB and 12 in NFLD, none known to be related to the Atlantic Bubble itself. In NS, 53/65 (82%) NS deaths are from Northwood and 57/65 (88%) are from long term care in general (11 different facilities have reported cases, none have an active case). Yesterday, 1039 tests were completed with 2 new cases reported.
