There are 4 new cases in the Atlantic Bubble today, 1 in NS and 3 in NB; NB reports 8 recoveries and NFLD reports 1. Ontario numbers are updated. The new case in NS is in the Central Zone and is related to travel outside of Atlantic Canada. The individual has been self-isolating, as required. All 3 cases in NB are in zone 5 (Campbellton), 2 of which were discovered during Sundays mass testing event in Dalhousie, of which not all tests have been processed. This means there is 1 active case in PEI, 6 in NS, 55 in NB and 4 in NFLD, none known to be related to the Atlantic Bubble itself. In NS, 53/65 (82%) NS deaths are from Northwood and 57/65 (88%) are from long term care in general (11 different facilities have reported cases, none have an active case). Yesterday, 610 tests were completed with 1 new case reported.

Door to door trick or treating is not allowed in NB anywhere that is in the orange phase. At this point, that is only zone 5. People can celebrate only within their household bubble.

- Spain reported 279 deaths yesterday for an increase of 0.8%.
- Austria reports 13 deaths for an increase of 1.31%.
- Australia reports 0 deaths for 11/12 days. 28/31 days are under 0.35%.
- The rate of increase in Canada is 0.27% with 27 deaths (10 QC, 6 ON, 1 MB, 7 AB, 3 BC). This marks 83/102 days at/under 0.15%, all but 2 under 0.35%.
- The US rate of increase is 0.23%. 34/40 days are at/under a 0.45% increase, 10 of them at/under 0.2%.
- Sweden's increase is 0.0% meaning 59/66 days are at/under 0.05%, all under 0.1%.
