There is 1 new case in the Atlantic Bubble today, it's in NFLD; NB reports 3 recoveries. The new case is travel related and based in the western region of NFLD. The man arrived in Canada from Central Africa on Tuesday and travelled to NFLD on Wednesday. He was pre-symptomatic during travel. He was 60-69 years old and died while in self-isolation Thursday. This means there are 2 active cases in PEI, 3 in NS, 3 in NB and 3 in NFLD, none known to be related to the Atlantic Bubble itself. In NS, 53/65 (82%) NS deaths are from Northwood and 57/65 (88%) are from long term care in general (11 different facilities have reported cases, none have an active case). Yesterday, ? tests were completed with 0 new cases reported. For the 2nd day in a row, NS has released the data but issued a press release, which has the daily testing numbers. Based on negative test results, I can infer that Friday, there were at least 745 tests done, and yesterday at least 520. That doesn't count people who have been tested more than once, as the total tests done is always greater than the total negative test results.
