There are 8 new cases in the Atlantic Bubble today, 1 in NS l, 1 in NFLD and 3 in NB; NS and NFLD each report 1 recovery, NB reports 4. Ontario numbers are updated. Two of the new cases in NS are in Central Zone and travelled outside of Atlantic Canada together. The individuals are self-isolating, as required. The other two cases are in the Northern Zone and are household contacts of a previously reported case. The new case in NFLD is a male in his 50s returning from work in Alberta and is self-isolating. The 3 cases in NB are in zone 2 (St John), zone 6 (Bathurst) and zone 7 (Miramichi). All of which are travel related and isolating. This is 6 days in a row with no new cases in zone 5 (Campbellton), which remains in the orange phase. This means there are 0 active cases in PEI, 19 in NS, 28 in NB and 3 in NFLD, none known to be related to the Atlantic Bubble itself. In NS, 53/65 (82%) NS deaths are from Northwood and 57/65 (88%) are from long term care in general (11 different facilities have reported cases, none have an active case). Yesterday, 853 tests were completed with 4 new cases reported.

- The rate of increase in Canada is 0.7% with 71 deaths (34 QC, 14 ON, 5 MB, 3 BC, 15 AB). This marks 83/110 days at/under 0.15%, all but 6 under 0.35%. Of the 34 QC deaths, 5 occurred in the last 24 hours, 25 occurred between Oct 27 - Nov 1 and 4 occurred before Oct 27. Alberta's 15 deaths are cumulative since Friday.
- The US rate of increase is 0.47%. 40/48 days are at/under a 0.45% increase, 11 of them at/under 0.2%.
- Sweden's increase is 0.0% meaning 97/99 days are under 0.1%.
